Here comes another new Taiwanese dessert franchise in Malaysia, Meet Fresh (鮮芋仙). Originating from Taiwan (obviously) and with branches as far as China and Australia, Meet Fresh recently opens its first outlet at 1 Utama.
Originating from two masters, Mr and Mrs Fu who believed in making food prepared in traditional way to preserve the original taste without the use of preservatives.
The ordering concept is very much alike Snowflake. The same goes to the variety of desserts on the menu. I have to agree that Meet Fresh offers greater varieties than Snowflake but let’s not compare here.
We ordered a hot purple rice (black glutinous rice) dessert which comes with taroballs and red bean.
We also ordered herbal jelly series which also comes with taroballs, pearl and kidney beans. If you are like me who do not like overly sweet dessert, this is just right for you. FYI, I think you cannot adjust the sweetness level when you place your order. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Very bad service from the staff during CNY …asked for the refund due to long waiting time and the staff slam the door and was so rude when I asked whether he is unhappy processing refund…he shouted back at me…terrible !
